Willy Chrged money then would not return it as promised

I found thisd company on line as I was looking for jobs on line. Ichecked the box for information. I htink It charged me $1.00 or 1.95$. I never went to the site to see what it was about. I got a $74 charge to my bank account.

I called and they said I had missed the 3 or 5 day trial. Iwas not even aware there was a trial period. A MAn named Willy agreed to refund $50.00 but insisted that they had to keep $24, service fee, but for that I could take the lesson any way and see what the plan was all about. He was very encouraging so I agreed. I really wanted my money back.

I tried the site 2 times and could not get signed on to the lesson. I emailed and got help to sign on but I still could not. The screen would jsut say wait a moment for ever. I have been waiting for a month a a half for my money.

I called once before and they never returned my phone call. I called today and Willy answered the phone. He said that their merchandising company that does the returns had quit on them and they were really far behind. I told him that was the same runaround I got from another company. He started getting pushy and said that if I wanted to handle it myself but they have fought these cases and have won 90% because of the situation that I was in that I signed up. Or I coulds jsut wait for my money and actually they did not owe it to me. He was just arranging it out of the kindness of his heart. I asked for it all back because I was not even able to see the lesson Iwas supposed to see for the $24.

I am saying beware of this company. They do everything in their power not to give you your money back. Beware of the hidden time element for a free trial. And be prepared to lose your money.
