Ripoff Lied to me at least 10 diferent times. Telling me they would refund my money. They keep blaming the bank

I ordered the trial for e pro auction. I didnt ever even use their site. I called them within the time fram to cancel. I was asured by their people that the money would be back in my account.

A week went by then two. Still NO money. I called again, got names and went over the problem again. Iwas told not to worry the money would be there SOON. Again another week no money. I called again. This time I was told it was already processed and that it was the bank that was taking so long. Please wait a few days and it will be there, they said. So I did, Then after another week I called back.

This time I as for a supervisor, Iwas told she is very busy. I said I dont care I want to speak to her. He was very reluctant to let me speak to her. Kept coming back to the phone saying she was busy on the other line. Finally after 20 minutes I was told she would call me back. I said FINE if I dont get a call today I will be calling the Utah BBB. I still havent got the call back!
