Brake adjustment

Manager of Watchung, NJ store was rude and unbending concerning the store policy of not addressing problems beyond 90 days after purchase. My 2 bikes needed a simple brake adjustment 8 days after the 90 day period elapsed. A simple adjustment which probably would have taken a couple minutes and would have made the bikes safe was denied. Shame on Toysrus.
