My report is the copy of my last letter to this company from Juanuary 26.2010. I didn't get the answer for this letter. Brian Feldmier is the sales person of this company and I think he is primary organizer of the Lie and Fraud, that is typical for this company service. I wrote: Hi Brian, My Order for Service is # 377919 from December 14 for the relocation my staff from Fremont, CA to Palm Coast, FL. I received my staff in Palm Coast FL, January 19.2010. I dont want discuss all details, because this details in your E-mail, contract, in the different bills of your company, in the tickets of CAT Scale company, etc. Summary of the service your company for my family: 1. I received my staff at January 19 or 15 days late, than you promised. 2. I didnt get 4 Boxes: #342; # 349; #373; #380.3. Boxes: #345; #348;# 357; # 367; # 371; were broken and all glasses in this boxes are breaking. 4. Your company overcharge me for $1357.20: I paid to you: 1) $1600.00 (Credit card prepayment) 2) $ 986.00 (cash to driver); 3) $300.00 (cash to driver for Track weighing)- TOTAL: $2886.00 After reloading and track reweighing for this staff I need pay with the your contract condition: 1) Transportation: 2460lb *$ 0.53 or $1303.80; (2460lb is real weight of my staff) 2) Packing material: 9 boxes * $25.00 or $225.00 (yours people used only 9 boxes for my staff) 3) Fuel charge: 0% or $0. Total: $1528.80 Difference: $2886.00 - $ 1528.80 is $1357.20 My questions to you: 1. When I will get the $1357.20 refund from your company? 2. How you will compensate the lost of the boxes # 342; 349; 373; 380? 3. How you will compensate the broken staff in the boxes # 345; 348;357;367;371?
