Damage property, lost boxes and late delivery ripoff San Jose

Went through National Movers who contracted AY Transport. Where several days late of promised delivery. Did not keep me informed and when I called I was told they would be there that day.

Got calls from driver he was waiting for a warehouse in LA to open and won't be delivering that day, got another call that truck broke down and they won't be delivering that day; got a call the next day saying they were just leaving LA and arrived at 10:30 pm that night and unloaded until 2 am the next morning.

Furniture was damaged, boxes lost. Received several boxes with no numbers on then and they used these boxes to mark off the numbered boxes that did not arrive which has caused a great deal of confusion.
