Terry and Debbie Chaned price of ring after I ordered and received confirmation # Innerleithen Scotland UK

I had ordered a ring for 170 dollars and received the order info and confirmation #. ABout 3 days later, they said after checking with their jeweler, the price of the ring had goneup due to prices in gold. I understand the price in gold is fluctuating but NEVER AFTER THE FACT. The sites have it right up there when prices were last updated. When the e-mailed me, they asked me if a 30 dollars increase was OK before they processed my order. I told them I felt this was an unfair rip off but "Yes - I suppose I understand and still wanted trhe ring as I had been looking for 6 months. The UK idiots e-mailed me back and said they were cancelling my order and not reading anymore of my mails as they saw me as a potential "unhappy customer and they did not feel I would be fair." TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. I agreed to the price increase yet they refused to serve me merely for stating I felt this was an unfiar way to do business. Beware of them as they are jerks!!
