Ripoff price/Scamming

First i was looking to buy white gold ring that's around $200 so i went to this Store called 'Madlen Jewellery' and asked them show us the white gold ring unfortunately, ring we could find with $200 budget was so light and thin so we were about to leave then she showed us a ring that's made of Cobalt which we knew nothing about the cobalt ring so we liked the design and asked price. She first said it was listed $450 but would give us huge discount so it would be $250 including tax. So we paid the money and she said we could pick it up next day this is where i first felt something suspicious. Because it usuallys takes couple of days next day before we went to pick up the ring we went other store that was just about 20m away from
this store. There we could find same design of ring, made of cobalt for $125 without tax... OMFG

I did really bit of reseach then found that ring i paid for was just factory size manufactured ring. We went back to the store and of course she refused to give us refund and telling me it was customized hell yeah! Custtomized ring in less than 1 day! Are you fucking kidding me? She didn't even have any kind of certificate that this ring was made in Canada. How the hell would i know that this was made in canada or china. Only thing i could find is some kind of plastic stiky note saying Cobalt. Only thing she could say was 'This is my Price so get over with it'

I tell you everyone she ripped me off about $100. She won't give you any proof or certificate of the ring nothing! Just ring and box. Do not ever go there. You will be scammed ripped off. Whatever the price she tells you, it's doubled price of what other stores offer you
