I paid benzin motors for a pre inspection on a 745li bmw before I bought it. I paid for them to tell me what if anything was wrong with the vehicle. "Jack" the tech said nothing was wrong with the car. He did not recomend that I buy it for its high repair cost. I did not pay for an advise I paid for an inspection. So I buy the car and a moth goes by. I take it in for an oil change. $3800.00 bill for stuff wrong. Half of it would have been visiable by the naked eye if the car was lifted up. I call Benzin motors and inform them for what happened. I asked for a refund. The first guy laughed in my face. The second refused to let me talk to the owner. When I got to talk to the owner he would not refund my $120.00 inspection charge just because his mechanic gave advise not to buy. I informed him that I paid for an inspection not advise. He stood firm with his (the owner) decision not to refund the $120.00. Im a manager at an auto dealership and would fire an employee over this. After thinking about it I will be filing a claim with the B.B.B.in Oklahoma, and also a small claims suite against the benzin motors for negligence. Smart move benzin now we can settle it in court.
