I wanted to cancell out of the contract with helpMe To buy but they said it would cost 225 to do that well i have 599.00 paid into this deal which I started in June 0f 2009. I knew right after it wasn't going to work for the way things are and my circumstances in the work force. I was unemloyed and wanted to back out but they kept prolonging the contract with derfered payments or skipped payments. I also have this feeling they are not operating legally.in their contract it states that if you dont have the funds you can do the skip payments and it will only delay shipment of the computer but after you have made the eleven payments you able to get the computer shipped before it is paid off. They claimed I had some payments that were insuffient but I had called in prior to the date it was to come out and stated that the funds werent there but they did not honor my request and put it through. I have made over 20 payments which totals 599. I read and know the down payment is not returnable so that is 99.99 and even though i paid late or skip payments these payments were made and it shows on my bank records that they did recieve them. The last payment i did not pay because i had already sent out a cancellation notice to them before the payment went through. So I feel that I don't owe that one. It is unfair I wanted to cancell back in June. I feel that I should get part of my money back i figure after they take out the $225 for early cancellation I should still get 374.00 back it isn't fair to put out all that money and not recieve anything The Better Business Burue would not help because they are not BBB acredited which has got me thinking that they are fraudlent and would like you to do a check on them and figure out some way for me to get some of my mone returned to me. I want to know if there are any other complaints about them besides mine and if they were honored.
