Hewlett Packard Lied to me in writing & promised to fix my Netbook and now refuses!

I have literally spent hours posting this very information on my blog today. My story is pretty much the same as everyone else. I bought a refurbished HP 1116NR Netbook from Micro Center. Got it home and found out it was broken. Diagnosed it through HP's website and was promised, in writing, a new SSD would be shipped next business day. The part didn't show up, so I called looking for it and was told that they weren't going to ship it after all, but instead I had to send my laptop in for repair.

I received the box from HP - late - packed up the unit and shipped it in the same day. For 19 days it was "lost" and then the day that I start complaining publicly about the problem it shows up all of a sudden.

Now, they are refusing to fix it. When I called in to complain about that I got to talk to someone in Customer Relations who explained my situation to me.
