Its really sad that a thief the size of verizon is allowed to operate un-noticed by the law... Extortion is a violation of federal statues... For any one reading this. Please also file your complaint with the BBB and take a few minutes to write a letter and/call your congresmen/women with your complaints... I also suggest anyone wanting good phone service at a reasonable price check out unliminted 50 dollars a month..! With no fraudulent billing like verizon..:) have a nice day frenz:)!! (Redacted)
