Troy Dobbs built a home in Little Rock that is Horrible! It has a weird layout, foundation issues, etc. The list is VERY VERY LONG! Dont let this guy design or build your dog house He is that bad. I wish I never meet him! He should be in jail! He had a contractor sale at a property that he no longer owned. VERY BAD MAN! He should be in JAIL!
