BAD HOUSE CONTRACTOR Warning to homeowners

This man was hired by someone I know to build a house. He got half way thru then stopped. Never covering up the I guess you call it the bottom frame, to the house over the concrete foundation. One day it rained and flooded. Ruined about $10,000.00 worth of wood and insulation. I am not a home builder so I am useing the best terms I can use. Keep in mind this is an addition to a house to be built like an l type ranch. Then the guy boards one of the rooms where I live and doesnt bother to put up another window. So, I asked him one day in the 98 degree heat when he was boarding up my windows. What am I supposed to do? He didnt care. So I have a room with NO windows. (I dont think you can find a jail cell that bad unless its solitary confinement) Then half way thru the job he cuts the cable lines going to my TV which is direct TV. Then he quits. This guy is like the contractor from Hell. And if your a homeowner I dont want to see anyone have this experience. Oh I forgot to add, One day he was working on a Sunday. Which is a nono In some locations. The cops show up. He is no longer on the job but I hope noone ever has to have the experience that I did.
