Milton & Janice Walston They are home builders and did not complete punch list items, fix a mold problem that is in 3 rooms

RWA Design/Build, LLC is a joke of a company. I would not recommend anyone to them to build their house or do home improvements. Below is a list of the items that were not taken care in referene to my new custom home.
They include punch list items and other serious repairs. It is as follows:

1. Mold is present in 3 rooms of the house.
2. The window in the master bedroom does not work.
3. No sealing of the Travertine tile in the master bedroom.
4. The hardwood floors in the kitchen is coming up.
5. There are stll holes in the sheetrock that were not fixed.
6. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom does not work because of the on/off
switch.
7. No built in cabinets installed in the Sunroom.
8. No driveway was poured or paved.
9. No screens were installed on any of the windows.

These are a few of the more expensive items that were not taken care of.
Please, do not use this builder and pass the word along to any one else that you might know.
