This company is the worst paying company for the services they provide/a sweatshop

This collection agency represents many different clients and pays only 9.50 hourly, they do not provide any medical coverage for ONE FULL YEAR. The turnaround at this company is so great that they seem to be the ONLY COMPANY not hit by the economic crisis. Do not be fooled. Sprint, specifically, is poorly run by Hank Gray and his poorly groomed Unit Managers that change every month. Policies are written and rewritten and training is on a trial and error basis.

The different shift schedules seem good but you have to find out everything after the fact and then they try to correct you for those discrepancies that are caused by the poor management of the project.

They put you through these series of tests that seem intense and lends to their credbility as a company however they are meaningless. Each Manager does things differently and as long as you are in good with them they will correct your time punches something that is never provided at the time of hire and discussed in training class.

Crista Miller is a manager who instead of being a professional ulitilizes her position to intimidate and comfort herself due to a poor sense of self, hence her personal appearance and hygiene.

This company is the lowest paying company across the board.
