I had a personal experience at this company. I am a young adult who recently got employed at the company. I was having trouble finding a job due to the rough economic times and was sold the dream to work for Sterling Wealth Strategies and Insurance Services. They are a Guardian Agency. They give you this story that you have to go get your California State Insurance License and they after you sell 6 cases (life insurance policies) you will be contracted and then they will reimburse you the money you spent to get licensed. I never made it to that point either. Just more money out of pocket. They also take you through an unpaid training program that lasts about a month. They literally do nothing for you and pretty much bring along about 6-8 new trainee's a month, just to see who will make it. They spend absolutely no money on the trainee's and you are the only one. Once the training is over, they pretty much go well Good Luck and go find some clients.

They provide zero help in finding clients and make you go find them, which costs money, like setting up events, networking events, client lists that cost money, or anyway you go about it which will cost you money in some way or another. I lost money at a job, image that. The only way you make it in that company is if you are a 1% child and your parents hook you the f*ck up with their rich friends. Other than that it is an absolute joke and I hope people realize how scummy this company is. The other people in my training I know for a fact did not make it through and the company probably f*cked up their lives as well. F*ck this company. I hope this review spreads around the internet to f*ck them over, just like they f*cked me off.
