Wrong water heater and brakers installment

On november 23 Augusto Silva who work for ACSIL CORPORATION installed a TITAN WATER HEATER in my appartment located at 5033 NW 7 St. Apt. 401, Miami, Fl. 33126, I called him a few time because the Water Heater was not working properly, he never returned my calls. But a few days after I turned on my drying machine and I heard a noise coming from the braker, I callled again but he had never returned my calls. One day I was trying to Iron a shirt and the braker fell down, so that worry me a lot, I called someone to check the brakers and a few ofthe brakers were burn out kind of melting down specially the one tha belong to the water heater and two more braker were also burned and part of the pannel was burned, so my home was about to cought fire, I still keep calling mr Augusto and he doesnt returns my calls. Please help me, I am trying to avoid other peple get hurt with those kind of companies that are not responsable...
