I called to see if they could clean out a retaining wall drain. They came out and spent 10 min and said that they could not do the job. About 2 weeks later I received a pill for 100 Dollars. I called and asked then why a bill, I didn't get an answer except on the bill the stated over 30 miles however their place of business is only 21 miles and they charged labor which was never done and on the bill they stated that they could not do the job. Now the sent me another bill and it has added $2.50. How can I deal with this. Please help. I do not pay money for nothing done.
