On Saturday, 2 Feb around 7:45 P.M., Bill Manchesr called me stating that I won PCH prize. Bad connection so he called me back. Later, he called my brother (lives upstairs & different phone number). My brother gave me info, then I called Bill. He stated that he wanted me to go to Walmart & buy gift card $500 to pay tax on winnings. I told him that Walmart was 8 miles away & that it was snowing. He asked if CVS or Rite-Aid was nearby. I stated that CVS was about 2 miles. Bill kept stating about paying taxes on winnings. I told him that I was not interested. At 8:13 PM, he called my brother again, & I told my brother that it was a SCAM. Bill's number is (876) 521-5861. I hope you take care of this SCAM Roland T. Harris (Personal Information Removed)
