Ripped me off for $137.00 Charlotte

I ordered a leather jacket from jafrum on it's website. It cost me about $100.00 charged to my credit card. I needed it fast so I opted for priority mail delivery which cost an extra $20.3 days later I received my package. I opened the box, and discovered that they had sent me a denim jacket, not the leather one i had ordered. The price of this jacket on their website was about $55.00. I emailed JAFRUM. I was very upset because i had planned to wear my new "leather" jacket on a vacation I was taking and was leaving the next day. I informed them of this. The customer service person appologized (big deal) and told me to send the jacket back. Which cost me $17.00 through ups store. However she said they would reimburse me up to 15.00 to send it back to them. So, i drove 5 miles to the ups store to ship it back after I returned from my (no leather jack wearing) vacation. I had moved after my vacation so i had trown away the box the wrong jacket came in and had put the denim jacket in my car trunk during the move.
After my move, I took the (wrong) denim jacket out of the trunk and shipped it back to JAFRUM at a $17.00 charge. It took a week for them to receive the jacket. Two weeks later, I then received an e-mail from their crappy customer service rep telling me that the jacket had been used (which it was not used by me I hated the damn jacket) and they were not going to refund my $100 or the $17 shipping charges. They did say that would credit me the difference in price between the two coats and shipped the wrong jacket back to me. This of course after they deducted the $15.00 return shipping charges to send me the denim jacket (which i never even wanted in the first place) deducted off my refund. I ended-up getting a refund grand total of $45.00 credited to my visa card. I had moved so they sent the denim jacket to my old address. I received a call from Federal express telling me they had a package for me but the mgr. Of my old residence told them that I had moved and requested my new address so they could deliver it. I did so. I never heard from federal express again nor did I receive the jacket back. This infuriating experience buying from JAFRUM cost me a grand total of $93.00 in lost money because of these idiots and their stupid workers in their order dept and I never got the jacket I didn't want in the first place back. Do yourself a favor and do not order from these morons.
