Did not receive replacement for Damaged dvd Set or refund

I was promised by imissmytvshow that I would get a replacement dvd set because I was sent a damage set, I never received the product or refund I feel so violated they just took my money, made promises that they would correct the situation, but I've receive nothing. My purchase was made since September its now January 22 I don't have money to just give away, I hope no other consumer gets ripped off by this company how can we trust if we can't buy safely on the internet.
