Failure to refund money for coffee returned unopen

I have made numerous phone calls to 1.888.217. CAFE in attempts to get a refund. (October 14, January 12,13, 14) I was informed that a refund would be placed back into my checking account. The phone number is no longer active and I have yet to receive my refund from October 3 and October 7. I was sent an email on January 13 stating that I would receive a check in 7-10 days. I have not. Please help me. This company is a scam. The total amount due is two withdraws of $39.70 which totals $79.40. Thank you for your help in this matter.
