Received damaged merchandise. Requested replacement part. Submitted photographic proof of damaged shipment together with receipt of purchase. Company agreed in writing to replace damaged part. I keep requesting the replacement and have yet to receive it. It has now been 5 months and I have written to the customer service representative again requesting the replacement part as promised.
