I made a purchase through the website back in September. However to this date I still havent recieved my item. Its listed on their website that delivery (even though international) can take up to 10 days. After a few weeks i emailed them politely advising I still hadnt recieved the item. I recieved no reply.

A month had flew by and I emailed them again and advised I would be emailing Paypal to file a dispute, it was then when they got back to me to advise they would send a replacement. They didnt give any reason as to why I hadnt recieved the item, they just said they would send a replacement. I then waited nearly another month and emailed them a few times, however I got no reply. About a week ago, knowing that I was getting nowhere with them, i emailed Paypal however it has been over 45 days and couldnt file a dispute. It has now been nearly 2 months and I have emailed them about 5 seperate times and only got 1 quick reply (obv because of the threaten with Paypal)

Now I feel like they've won and ripped me off, the service is very upsetting and no doubt others are in danger of getting the same treatment I did.
