Taking money from my credit card

I purchased a product called a swivel sweeper from this company on 12/16. As advertised it was buy one, get one free. I paid in full $49.97. The package was shipped ground shipping. Both products arrived in the same carton. Estimated weight was abut 8 pounds maybe. Well on! /15 it seems like they decided to take another payment for themselves without my knowledge from my credit card. I called and was told it was in 2 payments, you had to pay for shipping twice, $14.99. Seeing how they both came in the same package I question how that is a legal manuver! Well, thats my complaint. I will log on to my account daily now to make sure they don't keep taking out my money in their own free will.
