Advanced Cleanse Unauthorized charges to credit card Internet

Health & Medicine

I recently purchased a free trial of a XM Brand teeth whitener with a shipping cost of $3.87. This took place on line about 21 Feb. On or about 1 March, Visa called to let me know if I had recently authorized a charge of $87.47 on my card. I told the person calling that I had not and we decided to close my account and Visa would send me a new card.in talking to the Visa Rep., she informed me that the charge was from SII ONLN and gave me their phone number of 877-683-3083 and that I had charges of $3.87 from 21 Feb and $87.47 from 1 March. I told her that the $3.87 for the shipping of the free sample was good; however, I had not received the sample. The $87.47 was not. I then attempted to call the number given and it was not in service. Subsequently, the Visa Rep called back and told me that the company is now under the name of XM Brands and that there number is 800-440-4397. I called them to see what the $87.47 charge was for and what happened to the free sample. She told me that the free sample had been sent and that I had to call the company within 10 days if I was not satisfied and return the unused portion or I would automatically accept the product and be charged the $87.47. I asked when the free sample was shipped and she said it was shipped on 3 March, 2 days after charging the $87.47 to my card and not ten days after I received the product (this is 9 Mar and I still have not received the free product). We agreed that my membership (I did not know I had one) would be canceled and that XM Brands would credit VISA. I agree to not open the package when and if it arrived and mark it for return to sender. Www.XMBrands.com is no longer taking orders according to the wib site posting of 9 Mar.
