Saw ad on TV for 19.99. Ad said you would not be charged until the item shipped. I went ahead and checked by credit card company online and within 24 hrs. They had charged 83.22 to my account, but I later discovered that the product did not ship until 2 wks later. I immediately called Swivel Store and was told that the box was coming by FedX and to refuse the package and all would be credited back. Well, the package came by USPS and was left at the door. I took the unopened package to the post office to return. After anther phone call to Swivel Store they said they had received the package (s) and would credit my card 37.00. She insisted that 2 shipments were sent and the reprocessing fee was 15.95 per box. I only got 1 box. I have sent 2 letters of dispute to my credit card company. My advise is never buy anything from this company or from a TV advertisement. So far nothing has been credited to my account.
