I ordered a swivel sweeper March 12 from an info commercial from the company called ONTELL PRODUCTS. They were offering, buy one get one free, plus free shipping. $19.95 per month 2 payments. I used my debit card and it appeared on my bank statement today March 15. The bank has authorized, but it has not been taken out. They over charged by 55.00. I called the bank and was told that they could not do any thing, because they had already issued an authorization number, i would have to file fraud charges. Ontell never told my what the bill would be. It is impossible to talk to them. They tell you to go to the web site, which is useless. I am on social security and can not afford the extra money they have charged without my knowing the charge.
