Sun Homes Manager wont tend to idiot neighbors because he knows them

First off I would not recommend that anybody rents a home from Catalina MHC at all and if I had the money to break my lease I would in a heart beat. The new manager Wes is a totally unprofessional when you are speaking to him about a issue he looks at you like you are stupid. He does not handle your issue at all. I went to him about my neighbors behind me, first it was over there kids hitting my car with a skateboard, then snowballsor iceballs I should say. He would not even address the issue with them then they have a dog that they walk through my yard and it goes to the bathroom everywhere plus they put it out about 6:30 am every morning for it to bark right outside my kids window. Every home has 2 parking spaces wll for some reason they think they need 3 and they take up one of my spaces and if I park in my space before they can they get less than 2 inches away from the bumper of my car. I went and spoke to the manager about that also and he said call the police now to me the police have better things to do then handle a parkng issue, that is a issue for the so called manager. I have even spoke to him about their oldest son who steals animals from peoples yard and does some pretty sick stuff to the animals, I have even addressed this issue with the parents of the boy and they dont care. Which Wes should not of even got the job as a manager for the simple fact he has no management skills what so ever he is a freaken maintance man he only got the job because his mommy manages another property for sun homes. They raise your rent every year there is not top off. I have not had any problems untill my lovely inbread neighbors moved in. You can beleive as soon as my lease is over I will be out of this hell holenever to return again...
