Steve kaufmans computer repair store in tucson was robbed in may and my acer laptop was stolen. Mr Kaufman supposedly filed a report with his insurance company to report the theft and offered a pitiful 150 as reimbursement which doesnt come near the price of 300 I paid and the present value.in addition, he wouldnt give me the name of the insurance company so I would be able to verify his claim.
