This utility monopoly should be broken up and its ceo's put in jail. It was proven through state audit last month that everyones suspicions were true - they were stealing money and overcharging.
This is a monopoly in every since of the word. My pregnant wife and I live in a tiny 2 bedroom shack of an apartment and our bill was one-hundred fifty dollars this month - right after they established they had been stealing from customers and price-gougin - they do it again! Unbelievable.
And all you jerks that are actually supporting these corporate monsters. What is with you guys? Do you work for Dominion? Little Eikmans
