We bought tickets for an event and used our credit card, they confirmed the sale, and said the tickets would be coming by Fedex, WITHOUT a signature. The lady put the tickets in our mailbox, because she had to have no signature, well they were stolen. We called three different companies trying to help us, including where the event took place, no one could help us even though we had proof they were our tickets. I think if your spending a large amount of money, it should require a signature. Its pretty messed up some strangers are going to an event we payed for. I hope they enjoyed it. We WILL NOT be using this company again and let everyone we know to stay away. Robert and Kerry Hunzike
