Stubhub overpriced tickets - Tickets for Disney Rock on Ice

I went online to buy tickets for Phillips Arena thinking I was getting tickets through ticketmaster. I paid $51.00 each for 3 tickets. When I got the tickets, they were actually $17.00 tickets and were through this company Stubhub who I had never heard of. Seems illegal to charge that price for lower priced tickets. I am contacting the Fair Trade Commission over this.
