Wrong register price - pricing

Today was the third time that an item I bought at Target rang up higher then the shelf price. I no longer believe that this is accidental. I have a choice as to where I shop and I don't feel that I can trust the register prices at Target.interestingly, I have never had this happen at Walmart.
