Unauthorized deduction from my atm after discontinuance of service, refused to refund

Nutrasci's sexual enhancement ad appeared in the Los Angeles Times on 9-16-09. I called number on ad 1-800-291-0892 same day for their advertised free 15-day trial of Vasutra tablets advertised as available without prescription, and was asked to give my ATM number, which I gave. They immediately deducted $8.98 from my atm on the same day of my call. When eight days passed and my order has not arrived, I sent them a certified letter cancelling my order and to refund me $8.98. I also discovered that the ad has a disclaimer at the bottom of the in 6-point type that their product has not been approved by the Federal Drug Administration. On 9-25-09 I received a packaged with a bottle of Vasutra tablets and one extra pill and promptly returned it unopened. On Oct. 13, another package arrived. Since I already cancelled my order, I returned the package to the Phillips Ranch post office on the same day. The lady said since I did not order the package, return of package is free. Nonetheless, Vasutra withdrew $109.98 from my atm on 10-07-09. I called Nutrasci and asked to talk to a supervisor. The customer service gave me a number 1-877-875-4924, but when I called, another customer service rep answered. Frustrated I wrote another letter addressed to "supervisor" and demanded refund of $109.98. No answer, no call back. Suing them in court for $109.98 is not practical. Hence, this BBB complaint.
