Hoodia For Free, NovaPointe No refund

I sent away for a free trial of Hoodia. I then cancelled the order but was charged $108.00 and received a regular-sized bottle of Hoodia anyway. I did not open this package and wrote "Return to Sender" on it and mailed it back on March 10. I have called several times regarding the refund. Finally, on March 22, I was told by "Lynn" that my refund would be sent in 7-10 days. I had not received it by April 12th so I called again and was told that they did not receive the package so no refund and that I needed a tracking number in order to receive the refund which I did not have since I simply returned it unopened. I have also emailed several times with no response. They will obviously keep saying they have not received it in order to not send the refund.
