Leaving notice not ringing bell - delivery of packages

Waiting all day june 3rd Thursday for my package from ups... Called customer service
and told them about the about the no show she told me that someone will call me in the morning she stated 10am someone will call you. Tuesday night June 8 found notice on my door that ups will be coming wed June 9th before 10:30am... Again no show... Left my apt at 8:30pm and called ups again... After putting in my infonotice number the recording stated that ups was at my door at 8:52pm? When I spoke to the customer service women I brought this to her attention (the time) she also stated that was strange... She said she sent a notice to the office and some one will call me in the morning at 10:00am Now I waited two days in the house this driver is playing games and their supervisor needs to know what is going on with these drivers
