Ad experience from start to finish

After spending a good hour and a half filling out an online app for the Kmart company the sight set a date for an interview, the date was today (1/7/10) at 10 AM, after venturing out in the PA snow storm and travailing about 10 miles to the store, i asked costumer assistance where to go for the interview they directed me to the back of the store and said their would be someone waiting for me there, upon my arrival i found no one but a woman eating lunch in the break room, i asked her where to find someone to interview me and to spite her rude tone, she answered me by telling me that the store is not hiring and that the person in charge of the interviews was not even at the store, it was a simply bad experience from start to finish, and id like to know how Kmart or the Sears holding corp plans to compensate me for there mess up
