I am a 100% service-connected disabled veteran tdhat is legally blind. I receive my bill from AT&T via internet using a special computer provided by VA. AT &T changed my plan without my permission in July, my plan started at 7pm, it was changed to 9pm free calling. It caused mmy bill to be overcharged. I disputed the bill and was not happy with resolution of partial credit of overage. I paid $300.00 toward bill in Nov and ask to be contacted by supefvisor since one was not available then. I have still not received the call. On 12/23 my cell phones were discounted. I contacted AT&T on 12/24 and informed them that I had not received my bill. I was told by a rude service rep that if I wanted my phones back on, I would have to pay $1,071 because the bill was $1,500. I had a letter from AT&T stating that they could not send me a bill because my email address was not good. My emaill address has never changed. I asked for a bill, so I could see why my bill was so high, he suggest I contact the post office and see why I didn't get my bill in the mail. I explalined the situation of me getting e-bills and being visually challenged which he said was not his problem, if I wanted the phones back on, I neded to pay $1,000. I have still not received a bill in the mail or on my computer. I have spoke with them on several occassion and was promised that they would send a bill. I am still without phone service. I informed rep that I wanted to protest the charges and file complaint. I ask for the procedure to resolve a complaint against AT&T, he did not know. I spoke with a supervisor, who wanted to explain the charges on the bill and promisse to send me the last three bills and post my bill online. The supervisor would give me a resolution as to how to resolve a complaint aggainst AT&T. To this day I have not received the bill in paper form or online. I have spoke with the reps from combine billing, collections on four occassion since being disconnected. My phone plan was changed from 7pm free calling to 9pm on 0702 without my permnission, causing a higher bill. I asking for to at least see the bills and charges so I can determine if they belong to me and for AT&T to correct the wrong charges for changing my plan without authorization. I am asking that my phone and services be turned back on untill we resolve the complaints
