Great Product For The Price

Simply put, you get so much more than what you paid for this little device. You would be foolish to think that you will get the same service and support as with another VoIP company. If that is what is important to you, then pay the $25 per month with another service provider. On the other hand, if you have a decent broadband connection and a trouble free computer, this product works. It is NOT the best VoIP product available. It does NOT have the clearest long distance connection. It does NOT have a reliable voicemail solution. It does NOT have good or even decent customer service or support. It is, however, the cheapest VoIP product I own and it works more often than not for me! On a scale of 100%, it functions perfectly 85% of the time or greater. I've used this at home, throughout my travels in the USA, and most recently in Buenos Aires, Argentina. My MJ performed as I expected based on what I paid for it, and I most certainly got my money's worth, and then some. I am so impressed with this product that I purchased another, one for home and one for travel or to loan to a friend for their travels. I absolutely recommend this product to my friends and family.
