I don't know what everyone is complaining about! I feel anyone interested in this product, if you understand how computers work, you will be totally satisfied with Magic Jack. OMG! I am thrilled with quality of voice, 911 capability, ect. We purchase a two phone unit and it powers them beautifully. PLUS, if you run Windows 7, you have a USB port that does not power off. So you don't have to worry about the jack dropping calls. Goodbye high land line bills... Hello To Magic Jack. Two thumbs UPif you know how computers work... BUY IT! Don't listen to people bitching about something they don't even know how it functions.
