Magic jack the 100% fraud usb device - don"t even think about giving them your money

I purchased the Magic Jack USB Device as a test to see if it would work for me. I purchased the device in December. I spent countless hours on the phone with their tech support trying to get their "worthless" device to work.

I knew that it was a RIP - OFF when after 4 months of non stop trying to get it to work I put it in a drawer and forgot about it. I figured that the device was NOT ready for prime time.

Also, I know that I don't have any laptop or desktop connection issues since I can go to ANYWHERE else on the internet without a single problem...

I have been using high speed internet service aka "broadband" for 10 years I was one of the first people in my area to have 1.5 MBS DSL from Earthlink and it worked like a champ... I changed over to cable modem about 3 years ago when BellSouth would not lower my local service cost and I got Vonage for 1/2 the cost. So if Vonage can work the first time every time without too many problems then the Magic Jack should at least work most of the time.

They work on the same basic VOIP principles.

So boys and girls here is the bottom line. You get NOTHING for FREE in Life and Magic Jack proofs that case.

Radio Shack, CVS and other businesses should be ashamed of themselves for offering this fraud product. I am boycotting any one that resells the junk.

I contacted their sales support today to see if after 6 months that they had fixed the crummy website site and the answer is STILL NO WAY...

Avoid this product... If anyone offiers you a free one tell them NO THANKS it is not worth the effort.
