I was to have 7 boxes and 2 phone lines in stalled 11/26/08. THEY Came out and only did one phone line and had 6 boxes working after the tech left.By the next day 3 were down. They sent the tech out 2 days later and now we had no service or phone for a couple of days. They were supposed to add an extra box bringing us to 8 total. I tried to put on the 8th box but they would not allow that in the initial install. When they finally got the service up and tech left. It was down a few boxes days later. They sent out another tech 12/17/08. But they were supposed to hook up the 2nd phone line and 8th box 12/16/08. They never came. Then they had the phone line install set for 12/24/08. I received 2 messages advising of the appointment for the phone line an box. We waited for the tech he showed up to tell me there is no order. Why did they leave me messages and send out a tech if there was no order? The tech then set up the install for 1/14/09. He advised me not to call and try to change this date it was set in stone. I made sure some one was home as I was out of town. I got back to find out he was never there. At this point I am holing a signed contract for 2 phone lines and 7 boxes to date ATT has not fulfilled the contract and they are trying to say I owe them almost $500. First they have not fulfilled their contract and 2nd I didn't have the services working until almost a month later. And they REFUSE to set up an appointment for the 2nd line because they are calling my account past due. SO far it is not even complete.

The concept is great if the service would work, but their customer service needs to get their head out of their butt and service the customer and fulfill contracts and not bill until contract fulfilled.
