Sending phoney cards out saying you got a free gift online but never can access it

I have been sending subscriptions to a friend of mine for Readers Digest for about 3 years now and then all of a sudden I receive a book, I did not order it for myself and will not pay for it, and they send me a card that I have a free gift waiting for me online at a website, but you cannot access the websiteand there has already been numerous complaints so when is somebody going to stop them from doing these phoney advertisements? Totally wrong!!!
