No other information is availble. This is how it is appearing on my statement. This company is continuously charging on my capital one credit card

This company, Tritech, 8009695577 Ramsey. Isle is charging my credit card $4.95 since October. I reported to Capital One, my credit card company.
I filed a dispute and fraudulent charge report. The company reversed my charges, closed my account and issued a new card with new account number.
This company has rebilled on my credit card. I researched and found that this is a adult porn website. I never surf the web for all these pornography items. I dont have the time to do all this shitty stuff.
At the time they billed me, I was travelling overseas and did not even have excess to an internet. I never used internet services. I was enjoying my holidays. I want these crooks to be punished. Please do something.
