Tritech.org, CyberAge Still charging my credit card account despite given due notice!

The membership has been cancelled on the due date already on December, 28th 2010.
Despite this fact they have charged my credit card account after the cancellation the third
time now!
I requested them to immediately transfer the money back to my
credit card account, but they haven't even reacted until today.
