Charged for International Call After Pressing Send Twice

It's the worst mobile service I have ever used. They will charge you a hell lot of money. If you are making an international call using a calling card and by mistake if you press the send button twice they'll charge international call. How will we know that we don't have to press the green button twice. I am very much disappointed.
