I used this internet IT consultancy to assist with my problem - the brand new ACER Tablet - Iconia W5 wouldn't switch on. I had charged the battery and followed all instructions to press the power button down for 60sec etc. The IT responder asked if the battery had been charged, yes, then to press the power button down for longer etc. I did. Nothing changed. The IT person said - sorry you must have a dud. I agree I will have to take this tablet back but I thought that I had agreed to a $5 charge especially having received such a brief and unhelpful service. But I have been not only debited on my mastercard the $5 but ALSO $41. This is OUTRAGEOUS. I would like my $41 to be returned please. My email address is (Personal Information Removed)
