Purchased NEW Vostro 1510 Laptop less than 1 month ago direct from Dell 's website. Display screen sporadically goes black. Have called for tech support multiple times. First two times, problem was corrected thru diagnostic tests and reload of hard drive (lost all files that were not directly loaded from the factory). The third time, no results at all. I requested an address and contact for customer complaint and tech would not give me one. I requested to speak with supervisor / manager. Request declined. I requested to exchange the unit since it was brand new and obviously defective from the start. Refused again. Promised on-site tech would come out and repair with 24 hours. No response so far.
