Down Right Unprofessional & Nedd to have a class action law suit brought against them!

The company tells you when you are making the loan that you have a grace period, and you don't according to Sara in customer service. They also tell you that they will send your coupons in time to make a payment and they don't and when you call about the coupons or to get your account, CPS act just like the Presidential Candidate McCain-"They do not know what the heck they are talking about and lead you in the wrong direction. President Bush, Sen. McCain and CPS are undoubtly kin to one another. They are all foolish.
